Tubal cysts in the ovary-Abstract 1177

The authors believe that some ovarian cysts, PAX 8 + and Calretinin Neg., are of tubal origin. Therefore, this means that salpingectomy alone will not be enough to prevent ovarian cancer. I believe these are areas of endosalpingiosis as they have serous differentiation, which means that they are not of tubal origin. Do they think that other areas of endosalpingiosis in the cervix or lymph nodes are also of tubal origin?
